Formula for determining points values for troops in 40k.

((sum of stat line) / save number) + save number
fractions round up

when adding the stat line, the number added for Sv is the number of sides that will 
result in the model saving the wound.  Invulnerable saves are twice as expensive.  All
saves that the unit gets automaticly are added, except, of course cover saves.

the save number used later is simply the number on the profile (i.e the n in n+)
